In 2024, the Anti-Corruption Policy was approved at the Municipal State-Owned Enterprise “Makhambet Regional Academic Kazakh Drama Theatre” under the Department of Culture and Language Development of the Atyrau Region (hereinafter referred to as the Enterprise). In accordance with the document, the procedure for employees’ actions in cases involving corruption-related situations has been established. According to this Policy, disciplinary liability is applied in the event of identifying a corruption offense, and the confidentiality of an employee who assists in detecting such violations is guaranteed.
If, in the course of the Enterprise’s activities, you witness the following:
possess reliable information about cases of corruption, fraud, or embezzlement;
violations in the field of public procurement;
abuse or excess of official authority by officials;
other actions causing material damage to the Enterprise or harming its business reputation, or if you believe your rights have been violated,
