Sagyntai Satybaldyuly Kopzhasarov – is the director of the Theater. He was born in 1980 in Atyrau. He graduated from the Music College named after. Dina Nurpeisova, majoring in dombra-tenor music teacher, Atyrau State University named after H. Dosmukhamedov, majoring in State and Local Administration, Bachelor of Economics and Business.
From 2002 to 2005 , he was a teacher in the dombra class at the Atyrau rural Music School.
From 2005 to 2012 he worked as a painter, first at the Palace of Culture.Kurmangazy, then at the Amangeldy Folk Theater.
From 2012 to 2016 , he held various positions in the Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for the Organization of Folk Art and Cultural and Leisure Activities.
From 2016 to 2017 , Deputy Head for General Issues of the Atyrau Regional Museum of Local Lore,
From 2017 to 2022 , he worked as the head of the KGKP "Academic Orchestra of Kazakh Folk Instruments named after Dina Nurpeisova".
On January 4 2023 , he was appointed head of the Academic Kazakh Drama Theater named after Makhambet.
